Our produce is grown 10 to 15 miles away from our store by farmers you can shake hands with at the Saturday morning Farmers Market. Growers who restock their produce three times a week just to be sure the freshest fruit and crispest vegetables are available for you.

Growers who we like to call, “local heroes”. 

Other stores pick their fruit in Chile, Australia, Mexico or other countries, load them on train, truck or plane and ship them for sometimes up to 2 weeks. Where there are promptly placed on store shelves and boldly labeled "Fresh".  So you can decide for yourself what the word "Fresh" really means.
